[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had Tempur products in the past and this feels like it was made by a different company with no quality standard. It is stiff and small and I'll never use it. I asked the company for a refund or exchange and they don't do it on pillows.

However, the neck pillow is too firm and is giving me headaches and jaw tension. Not what I was looking for. I wonder if it's just too cold out to use the pillow so I'm going to store it until late spring and see if it work better then.

I start out sleeping on my back and when I roll to turn on my side your head will come of the pillow. If the pillow was the size of a king pillow I would have given 5 stars.
