Firmer and thus "larger" than you might expect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not just firm but extra firm, so it didn't yield/squish down at all under the weight of my head. Because of that, it stayed excessively lofty, which for me meant that even a medium was too high, as it wrenched my neck. Had I known any of this before ordering, I would've selected the small (assuming it's small/accommodating enough). So now, the only thing I use this medium for is as a backrest; sleeping on it simply kinks my neck.

I like having the option of small or large sides to sleep on. Completely comfortable and I'm virtually pain-free!
