[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am more than pleased with my purchase! I hadn't been sleeping good at all I had such severe neck pain I was seeing the chiropractor twice a week. It took me a few nights to get use to sleeping with a different pillow but since I have my neck pain has been almost non existent and I sleep so soundly! I 100% recommend this pillow!

Described as this amazing pillow so I bought 2 for the price of one and it was definitely not worth it. Most uncomfortable pillow that has caused neck pain. I find myself pushing the pillow away and sleeping with my arm as a pillow instead. No returns or exchanges so I'm at a total loss.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping this pillow would help with neck pain being a side sleeping. It's a very flat low pillow. Much smaller than I expected making a pillow case fit forget it, they slide all over for standard fit. Given the shape I was hopeful it would help my neck issues but nope. It's too flat and I was getting headaches laying so flat. Maybe if I elevated it on another pillow but that defeats the purpose of this shape that contours to back and side sleepers if it's elevated I'd imagine. Overall I regret buying this and wasting that much money as these are a no return. I've owned pillows in the past from tempurpedic and figured this was going to be just as good a product but I just don't think it is by any means. I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the usual marshmallow pillow my head is too high and there is no consideration for the space between shoulder and head. However, the Tempur-Neck pillow is a bit thick. So the head is still elevated.

I ordered a small pillow because I thought I had a small size previously. Once the order arrived, it was clearly smaller that my current tempur-pedic pillow. I called to do an exchange, and they told me they would not accept the exchange. They said they would not accept baby the exchange of the pillow because of it being a personal use item, however, when I pointed out that they accept the return of a bed, which is clearly also a very personal item, they had no response justifying why they accept one and not the other. Very frustrating.
