Previously loyal customers, my wife and I decided to buy new neck pillows, but found that they were way more firm than they used to be. I called to make an exchange, but was completely shot down. We even left one pillow completely unopened until we were sure we were satisfied with the product. I was told by two levels of customer service representatives that they do not accept exchanges or returns for any reason (even for the unopened item). Tempur-Pedic has lost me as a customer for life. *Just for fun, look up their CEO's salary and net worth.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the side sleeper pillow ad used the direction on the website to size and bought a medium, This is very uncomfortable should have purchased a large. Since it is not returnable I am stuck with a pillow that is of no use.

Bad shipment. The item arrived with the box completely open. Tempur pedic should at least put some tape on the box. The pillow itself is very uncomfortable. Unless you are a giraffe with extra long neck, the bottom part of your head will most likely fall on the tall part of the pillow and then upper part of your head has no support. False advertisement. The website says "try for 90 days" and then after purchase, they tell you pillows are "personal items" that are NON REFUNDABLE. I don't know what's so personal about pillows on their website but that make no sense where where everywhere else pillows are refundable.

I purchased this pillow about 15 years ago. I loved it. I still love it. After so many years, I decided to purchase a new Tempur-neck pillow. I purchased both the small and medium size. It was buy one get one free. I took the pillow out of the box and immediately noted it was much more firm than my old one. I thought it just needed to be broken in. After a few weeks of sleeping with the new pillow (small size) I couldn't get used to the "firmness" of it. I tried to break in the pillow by sleeping with it, sitting on it, packing it into my suitcase, etc. No luck. Still very firm. I continued with the pillow for almost 6 months and it still is not like the old one. Believe me, I realize my old one is soft, but this one is just too firm. I am sad to say I don't use the pillow anymore.

I should have listened to my mom - she's had this type of pillow for years and swears by it. It's perfect for sleeping on your back or side. I've stopped waking up with headaches since purchasing this pillow. Can't recommend it enough.

They are the best for neck pain and last as long as our 20 year mattress. I only had to buy another one because I left my old one in a hotel while travelling. I will never buy another brand of pillows again!
