[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't feel good when I tried this pillow at first time. But that should be the case since I have neck and upper problems for years. Gradually I get accustomed to this pillow and feel so good when my neck and spine are in correct position. I highly recommend this product although not cheap. Don't give up when you feel incomfortable at first place. It will help you eventually.

Great neck support, has never lost shape, and super comfortable, especially when paired with a temperpedic bed which we also have! My hubby suffers from back and neck pain and this pillow is the only thing that doesn't aggravate it! Highly recommend!!!
