[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The worst smell! Bought 2 pillows and gave them away!! Smell was so bad I developed a terrible headache.

Hard as a rock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 get of these neck pillows, but they're hard as a rock. It puts my neck to sleep and it feels hot. Can't get accustomed to the pillows no matter how hard I try.

Great pillow but the width is not as advertised. Every Standard neck pillow I have measured is only 19 inches wide vs the 20 inches stated on the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made a mistake in buying these pillows, and they're not returnable. Unfortunately, after taking measurements, I bought both the small and the medium. (I am currently sleeping on my back because of a pinched nerve in my neck, but I have always preferred sleeping on my side.) I bought a Tempur-Pedic pillow twenty years ago; it was amazing. I took it everywhere. After a decade it just got too old and misshapen, and I didn't get around to replacing it until now. I don't know if it got redesigned or what, but this is a totally different pillow--much firmer and with the wrong contour. Even the small one digs into my neck in a very unpleasant way. Obviously I should have tried these pillows out at a Tempur-Pedic store before I bought them, but I was sure they would be wonderful because of my experience with what I assumed was the same pillow. No. Very sorry about that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband loved his old Tempurpedic wedge pillow. It was disgusting! Washing the cover only helped so much. I ordered the new one and he didn't like the way it looked. I told him to try it, it's not returnable. He tried it and everything was great! Good thing, I threw out the old one. I do wish there was a pillow protector for his pillow.

Unfortunately I did not notice that you could not return a pillow with tempur pedic. This pillow is VERY firm. Unless you like a hard pillow do not buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't buy this pillow!! I was so excited to purchase this pillow because I have neck pain. When I received it, it didn't fix my neck pain and actually caused headaches in the middle of the night and when I replaced pillow with a different one, the headache went away. I'm not happy with this pillow, and I wanted to exchange it for a different one but they wouldn't do it. I didn't even want my money back, just wanted another pillow. It was a hard NO!!!
