Good quality- way too small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this pillow in a size small based off of recommendation from tempurpedic (I am 5'3" and 110 pounds). When it came in the mail, it looked like a pillow for a small child. It gives me absolutely no neck support and drowns in standard size pillow case. I can't return it due to their policy on pillows specifically. Disappointed because I have been wanting to invest it a nice pillow, and now that I have - it is money down the drain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this pillow in the past and the old version was nowhere near as hard as they are now. I called Customer Service and they suggested I roll it up numerous times to "loosen" it up. Seems they know that it is too hard...

Used to Be Better...

My wife and I have been using Tempur neck pillows for about ten years. It was time for her to get a new one, and knowing my time would come soon, when I saw they were offering 2 for 1 pillows in December, I jumped on the offer as a last minute Christmas present. Unfortunately, we didn't realize until we started using the pillows that they are considerably smaller than they used to be - both thinner and narrower. My wife needs the support more than I do, so for now, she's using my old one and I'm using one of the new ones, but once my old one starts to wear out, we'll probably have to switch brands altogether.

This pillow has a terrible musty odor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow has a terrible musty odor. I have not been able to use it because the smell kept me awake. For now I put it into a plastic bag until someone can advise me on how to get rid of the musty smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two pillows (a neck pillow and a more normal shaped one) on a BOGO offer through Tempurpedic. I immediately hated both, which is fine, everyone has personal preferences, I guess. (Even though my girlfriend, roommate and various friends all laugh that there's no way anyone would want a pillow this thick and hard) But this company apparently doesn't accept returns! Even the company that shipped me my mattress accepts returns, why can't tempurpedic do it for their pillows? So now I'm stuck with over $100 worth of rock hard pillows that I wouldn't even give a guest. Great.

Too firm for my liking

Cant use it because of the nasty chemical smell
