Questionable quality

I don't know if quality controls have been lowered or if I was just unlucky in getting a bad batch of pillows. After almost four weeks there was still that terrible "off-gassing" and the pillows were very hard. I ended up taking a loss and selling the pillows for half of the purchased price.

Flattens out

When I purchased this the pillow it felt completely supportive and substantial. Now, several months later, I find when I wake in the morning my head is flat on the mattress, there's no support at all. I hoped this would be a supportive pillow and it has not proven to be as expected.

My girlfriend loved the one I had bought ages ago so I bought her one for Xmas. She and I were dissatisfied of it's support and size once you lay you head on it. It shrinks to almost paper thin proportions.

Not for small necks

I am 5'1" and very petite. My neck does not fit over the arch. I end up just propping my head up on the arch in an unnatural position. I wish this came in a smaller size because I need the arch support.

I purchase this pillow cause I was having some slight neck pain in the mornings. While I was using it, the pain has gotten way worse (and has since gotten better since I switched back). Tempur-pedic would not exchange the pillow for another option. Compared to other similar companies (such as Tuft and Needle), this return policy is absolutely bogus. I strongly advise you try a different company -- you will have a much more reasonable return/exchange policy (I mean, come on. If Im going to spend over $100, shouldnt the company try and ensure its quality??) . DO NOT BUY!

Size issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Size can be difficult if you fall in between sizes or are told that two sizes are a fit for you. If you pick one of the two and it is wrong fit then you just spent money on a pillow you can't use and can't return . Sent a note to customer service and only was told I can't return a product due to its personal nature yet you can return the beds ?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow gave me really neck and upper back ache after a couple weeks of use. When I stopped using the pillow ,my aches went away. Using Tempur-Pedic's online customer service, I chatted with someone called Ben who informed me that Tempur-Pedic would offer me a complimentary exchange, however when I called I was informed this wasn't true, which is really frustrating. I think this pillow would be extremely comfortable for the right person, however it wasn't for me despite being a side/back sleeper. Would have liked to exchange it for a standard cloud pillow instead, but never mind. Also, this is the second time writing a review for this pillow, I guess my initial review didn't save.
