I can't sleep on anything else!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second pillow like this. My old one was over ten years old and I just needed a new one. I tried to buy another, cheaper foam pillow but it was awful. I slept much worse on it. I sleep beautifully on this pillow. My back and neck feel better when I wake up. I will sleep on one of these for the rest of my life.

Comfortable pillows!

Takes getting used to.

There is a distinct odor associated with this pillow. That took about a week to get used to. Even though we did the measurements, sometimes I prefer the small side of the pillow and sometimes the large side for both side and back sleeping. I find that if you have the mattress raised (to watch TV) and you fall asleep, the pillow is not as comfortable as when the mattress is lowered to your normal sleep position. Overall, it is a good pillow and very comfortable.

my favorite pillow

This is my favorite pillow as I have neck issues. This one however, didn't hold up/last as long as they used to. Not sure what's changed, but thinking I might need to find another pillow, which will suck!

Not as comfortable as the hype IMO

I wanted to love this pillow but the smell was horrible even after letting it sit for 4+ days to air out. The pillow itself was just ok. Not as comfortable as I was hoping for .

Not a good fit

I ordered the small based on my size but it felt way too tiny for me. Its even thinner than my small travel pillow. I gave it a try since my chiropractor recommended this one but after sleeping on it for two weeks it actually made my neck and upper spine pain even worse and caused me to schedule an additional chiropractor session to get an adjustment. I switched back to my old pillow (its actually a square travel pillow thats memory foam from a different brand) which isnt great either but at least it doesnt make my neck pain worse. This one might have worked better if I ordered a Medium or the regular version without the neck contour but unfortunately Im not able to exchange it since its been used.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This pillow is so hard and uncomfortable.

I don't like this pillow at all. It is very hard and uncomfortable. Plus it smells horrible. I've let it air out for a long time and it still smells. Also, you are not allowed to return the pillow. Even if the plastic was still on. What a waste of a lot of money.

Chemical Odor

We purchased the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow online. When we opened the box, a horrible chemical odor immediately filled the air - and then when we smelled the pillow it was obvious there was some type of chemical on or inside the pillow. TEMPUR-PEDIC refuses to take the pillow back and give me a refund. I strongly discourage anyone from buying this pillow because of the possible harm, and surely don't deal with the company as the customer service is poor.
