[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very particular when it comes to an acceptable firm contoured pillow for my needs. I have tried so many name brand and generic pillows over the years. Many companies claim that their pillow is firm, but it is not! The Tempur Neck pillow is PILLOW PERFECTION!!! I LOVE THIS PILLOW!!! It is the best most comfortable pillow that I have found! It is indeed firm support as stated & maintains a comfortable temperature. My sleep quality has improved greatly! I bought the large size and it provides a very comfortable sleep while on my side or back. I am so pleased with the Tempur (firm) Neck Pillow that it has become my new birthday gift to family and friends. My daughter and husband love this pillow so much they have asked me where they can but a second one as a reserve. Firm pillows aren't for everyone, so some may be caught off guard when they try a (firm) supportive pillow for the first time. But, if you are looking for a true ergonomic FIRM neck pillow, I suggest giving this pillow a try. I think it's the BEST!!!

After the first night of sleep I noticed my neck felt a lot better and the curvature in the pillow helped in decompression. Overall I've been sleeping a lot better. Highly recommend.

But I've ordered a small and medium to see which size would fit best and I believe there should be an in-between size between the two. The small is too small for my neck to shoulders, and the medium is too big. Overall, it would be the perfect pillow if the sizing was spot on.
