Great pillow BUT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow was smaller and much firmer than expected. I have an older pillow that was the same model but seems to be way softer, larger, and overall better. Not sure if they changed their design what. Still, great pillow for the price and lasts forever!

Improved sleep and quality of life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a tempur-pedic neck pillow for over 10 years and have loved it, so I purchased two more for my husband and me. We both love it, and it gives great neck support and has resolved so many of my neck pain issues. My only complaint is that it had a weird smell for the first couple months, but worth it given the investment in good support. As other reviews have mentioned, it is a bit softer than in previous versions, but there is still great support.
I would recommend this to a friend!
