I have been experiencing severe neck and shoulder pain for almost a year and have tried many different pillows before finally breaking down and buying this one. I was hesitant because of the price, but was so desperate that I would have paid 10 times as much to get relief. This thing works! Yes, it is very hard and heavy, but if you are experiencing neck and should pain then you need something more substantial than the average "firm" pillow from the store. This is obviously not for people who just want a thicker pillow, so if you are experiencing pain or discomfort when sleeping, do not hesitate to buy this pillow. I used the size guide and bought the small and it fits my neck perfectly.

I had got this pillow for my husband as he was experiencing neck pain. This pillow made it worse so I decided to get an exchange for him. I called them and they stated the pillow is non refundable and non exchangeable. WASTE OF MONEY AND OF PILLOW!!! I can't even get him a better pillow from them. The pillow will just be laying around. Def will not recommend tempurdic to anyone!!

This pillow is hard as rock. Do not buy it! I'm sure that there is something wrong with the pillow that I got. It is extremely thin and very hard. Customer service has been zero help. I paid over $100 and have an unusable pillow. Do not buy!

They are so stiff that you have a hard time sleeping on them. I have been trying to break one in by sleeping on the little side (big side is too stiff), but pillow is still very hard. I would not recommend this pillow and my husband and I are so disappointed that we cannot use them, especially since they are not returnable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this pillow for two days. The reason why I bought this pillow was to get extra support for my neck. After two days my neck got really tight and painful. I was unable to look up or down without feeling a lot of pain. I then went and bought another pillow that I could try out before buying it. Over all it took 2 weeks until my neck started to feel better. Overall this is the worst pillow you can buy. Because tempurpedic does not let you return pillows I will never buy a temperpedic product again. What also does not make any sense about their return policy is that you can try a mattress and return it if you are not satisfied, but a pillow they treat it like you are trying to return used underwear.
