[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot of companies do something great (i.e. make a great product) and then they change, pivot to something else, cheapen it, or just stop producing it. TEMPUR-Neck Pillow has been my pillow for over 20 years, still essentially the same great pillow, where I rest my head, my rock, metaphorically speaking. TEMPUR-Neck Pillow has been there for me, outlasted jobs, homes, relationships. It's delivered me thru thick and thin, thru life's proverbial ups and downs. There is no other product or company that I can think of that has given me more value or has been there as an essential part of my life for longer. I'm grateful, Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this pillow four years ago, and it was magic the first time I used it. It was time to replace it with a new one. I don't know what Tempur pedic did, but this pillow is unusable. I have now been to the chiropractor six times since getting it. It's as hard as a brick and it's not getting any better. It will not soften no matter how much I warm it, sit on it, walk on it, you name it. My chiropractor also bought a new one and said the same thing. This is beyond disappointing. I will never use this brand again. It's been a complete waste of money and time.

Terrible! I tried to go buy in store but nobody sells them. I bought online x2 for my husband. It hurts his neck so bad he can't use it. Tried to return it and they said no. No returns. No refunds. Terrible business model. Buy somewhere you can return if it doesn't work. This company is too arrogant.

I should have read the description better because I'm a side sleeper majority of the night. These are the most uncomfortable pillows I've ever slept on. I regretted buying them after only one night and tried to return them based on the "Satisfaction guaranteed" on the website. However, I was very disappointed to learn pillows are not included in that guarantee and refunds are not given. This was the first and last time, I buy pillows online.

This pillow is noticeably small than the previous pillow I had of the same size from Tempur-pedic. They should allow returns if still in the plastic casing. Horrible policy will chase customers away.
