Tempurpedic is the best pillow I have tried. This pillow offers so much support for my neck which helps me sleep better at night. I can't recommend it enough!

I am a small woman, 5.0 inches tall and weigh 100 lbs. I have a hard time finding a pillow that will support my bad neck that isn't too large for me. I just ordered my 2nd tempur-pedic small pillow, since I was so happy with the first one I had. It feels like sleeping on a saddle when you first use it, then it softens up but is still supportive.

I Wanted to Love This Pillow

I'm sure this pillow is great for some people, but it is way too firm for me. It barely gave any, if it all, when I laid my head on it. It put too much pressure on my neck, and my neck was actually hurting worse than usual when I woke up in the morning. I just wish I had tried it in a store because Tempur-Pedic doesn't let you return the pillow except for damages. I found someone else that lets you try the pillow out and return within 60 days.

My neck still hurts from using it last week. Customer service told us ways to break it in but it seems like ALOT of work to make a very expensive pillow usable. Our first pillow of this kind did not need to be broken in.

I bought the Tempur-symphony pillow and Tempur-neck pillow at the same time during a BOGO event but have not even used the Tempur-symphony pillow because I've had such a good experience with the Tempur-neck pillow. I've been waking up pain-free ever since switching to the Tempur-neck pillow and am only sad that I did not buy it sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite taking measurements to determine suggested pillow size (decided on Medium), it came as a tiny pillow. It doesn't even hold my whole head. And since Tempurpedic has generous return policies for their mattress I thought it was safe to splurge on such a pricy pillow only to learn that pillows are non-returnable because of their "personal nature".
