This was their original style pillow, which is firm and yet very comfortable for those of us with major neck issues. I just recently tried this pillow in small which is even more perfect for my small build. I now have one for travel and one for home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur-pedic neck pillow is the only pillow I can comfortably sleep with and get a great nights sleep! For me, it's addicting. When on vacation years ago, not having my neck pillow with me, it was impossible to sleep. I take my Tempur-pedic pillow with me everywhere I go because sleep is the one thing we humans need -for me this pillow provides that need.

While I do enjoy the shape and firmness and that this pillow doesn't flatten as I sleep, I don't feel that it justifies the large price tag. Still have neck pain, so the search continues!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a bad back. I've been sleeping with a Tempurpedic pillow for about 20 years. BUT - I have always needed something (usually an old pillow) under it to give me the proper height, as I am a side sleeper. The thicker Tempurpedic pillow has been a godsend. I only need one pillow now. And as proof of its ability to retain its shape, I stuffed it (and I do mean STUFFED) into my suitcase and took it with me for a 12 day trip to the Mediterranean. It suffered nothing at all by being smushed for two twelve hour flights. I am sleeping better than ever now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can have severe neck pain, but with this pillow I lay down and within 20 minutes it is gone because of its unique shape holding my neck up. It's like magic. I think it could be just a little bit softer and have a more comfortable feel for the whole night. Also, it didn't come with a pillow case and it is not intuitive to me which pillow case fits this exactly. I have tried three different pillowcases and would like to have a tight fit on the pillow, but can't figure out how to get it.
