This is not a good neck pillow. I followed the measurement instructions and it doesn't feel comfortable at all. I still wake up with neck pain. I'm 5'4" and 130 lbs. No reason for this. I wish I could return it but looks like tempur pedic doesn't guarantee the quality of its pillows because they're non-returnable.

I ended up swapping pillows with my GF. I WANT the full sized old Symphony pillow back. I loved it, but now only have it as a tiny travel pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Around 2004, we bought queen size tempurpedic pillows in NH at a furniture store and they were comfortable and conducive to excellent sleep. This year we bought new pillows online after searching locally for the same design, with no success. The new pillows look the same and were labeled "large" but they are smaller than our original pillows, less comfortable and totally unsatisfactory. The only large thing about them was the large price tag!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a Tempurpedic mattress for 20 years and I love it. So, i bought one of these pillows thinking it would also be great. It is not. It's super stiff and very uncomfortable. It caused neck pain from the start and I had to abandon use after three days. You can't return it, so I am stuck with a very expensive pillow that I can't use. Totally unhappy with the experience.

Then, I woke up with a locked up neck for nearly a week straight and decided it was time to be an adult. I have had my Tempurp-Pedic pillow for several months now and I have no neck pain and wonderful sleep. I highly recommend this product, to everyone, now.
