[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to abandon this after about 6 nights of trying it, being uncomfortable, then reading the tempurpedic website and watching videos to learn what I might be doing wrong. My main aim in trying the neck pillow was to see if it would reduce snoring by supporting my neck more, and keeping the airway open. But this was a failed experiment and furthermore has left me with a sore neck. It might be the right thing for some people, but the strong/hard neck support is quite the wrong thing for other people.

This is the worst purchase I have made from Tempur-pedic. This pillow is way too firm. After using it a couple nights I was in severe neck pain. Buyer beware there is no refund on pillows. If you were not satisfied with the pillow you're just stuck with it. My husband has the same pillow and the one I purchased isn't even close in size even though he has the standard and I ordered the standard. This pillow is designed for a child not for an adult. Size is off. Should have just bought something similar somewhere else and paid a whole lot less. My money down the drain. Even though I own a Tempur-pedic bed if it ever needs replaced, you can rest assured it won't be by Tempur-pedic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced my tempurpedic neck pillow after many years of use. The new one is like a cinder block. So hard and uncomfortable. It's the same pillow. Clearly they have changed the material used to make it. I sent an email with photos to the comoany which was IGNORED. Absolutely no disclosure at the time of purchase, that they would not exchange or refund it. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHUNG FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I also have two mattress from them. I love it, but when it's time to replace it, it will be a different brand.

The pillow had become too soft and I was experiencing increasing neck discomfort at night and during the day. Upon consideration of a replacement pillow, I read on Tempurpedic website about measuring neck to shoulder to determine pillow size (depth). My husband measured my neck to shoulder length and I found a medium pillow was what I needed! I ordered a medium size pillow for me and a large size replacement pillow for my husband. (Buy one get one for same price!) The pillows were delivered in an out 3-4weeks. It took some time to "break in" my new pillow, but my sleep improved immediately! No neck pain at night or during the day. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

THE FIRST NIGHT I USED IT I FELT BETTER. AFTER A FEW NIGHTS, MY NECK WAS ACHING SO BAD I HAD TO STOP USING. I ENDED UP USING THIS PILLOW FOR BACK SUPPORT WHEN WATCHING TV. I ENDED UP GIVING IT AWAY OR THROWING IT OUT, CAN'T REMEMBER. A WASTER OF MONEY!
