Very uncomfortable, smaller than I expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was very uncomfortable and I never got a full night's sleep on it, even though I prefer firm pillows and am a side sleeper. Odd shape just didn't work out for me. 0% chance of return also and completely unhelpful customer service, be warned. Waste of $100+

I'm not sleeping on it yet, but it has been helpful for neck support while reading on my side in bed. And it's been a great neck support pillow for exercise sessions when I'm on my back on my yoga mat. So I'm not totally disappointed in buying it, and may eventually use it for sleeping once I adjust to it.
