[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used another pillow like this by another brand that is softer than the tempur-pedic. It was so firm that memory foam never gave way. It didn't mold to your head or neck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I measured the distance between my neck and shoulder and they recommended the medium, and it is definitely not the right size. It's also extremely rigid and almost felt at first like I was sleeping on a rock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a side sleeper and had been having neck pain every morning. I was desperate for a solution and the neck pillow was it for me! The contour supports my neck while I sleep and makes more space for my shoulder. It's very firm and doesn't smoosh down during the night. I mostly sleep on my side, but the pillow is also very comfortable for sleeping on my back. Don't get this pillow if you're a stomach sleeper. Definitely take the time to measure yourself so you get the correct size- I am 5'9" and needed a large based on the measurements.
