[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am been using Tempur-Pedic for 10 years,I have neck injuries so need extra support and Tempur-Pedic help a lot .I can't sleep without it a night.If I try to sleep without it my neck pain from injury comes back right away .I buy Tempur-Pedic neck pillow every year for last 10 year ,I always wait for buy one get one free pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I measured the length of my neck as was suggested, and got exactly 4inc. I went with the Medium size pillow, because the description said up to 4" (small), and 4"-6" medium. The pillow is definitely too big for me. It's not super comfortable, and I wish I could reap the benefits of what it would be should it fit right, but the customer service rep told me that they couldn't send me a small to replace the medium, despite their website guiding me in the wrong direction. You can't return your pillow once you get it so be weary of sizing.

Since I can't return it, my daughter is using it as back support while sitting up in bed (with a soft pillow between it and her).

I went to a store before ordering, but they didn't carry this particular pillow for me to try out. So I took a flyer. But now I have an expensive pillow I can't use.
