I have used these pillows for years and loved them. I ordered new ones and they are hard as a rock. Your head makes no indentation in the memory foam. They are not returnable. Obviously the company has changed the memory foam they are using. The rep said they've had a lot of complaints about these pillows. The company provides no returns or exchanges. They refuse to stand by their product. Very disappointing.
