[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two family members that swear by this product, but it is a bit too tall for me, even though I measured. The pillow is very firm, which is helpful, as I don't wake up with neck pain, but it's not very comfortable to sleep on. I've used it for a month and it hasn't really softened. I wish you could exchange pillows as even though I'm the correct size in shoulder width my neck is too short for the medium.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many years ago I purchased and used this pillow. At the time I was shocked on how small the pillow was compared to a (standard pillow ) but I still gave it a chance and found it to work well. Since then I used other pillows from different brands and they all caused neck and ear pain. Because the ear and neck pain became to much to handle I broke down and purchased another Tempur-neck pillow. It really works great to reduce/eliminate ear and neck pain. I like the pillow, for me it works great. I do however have one complaint: During the ordering process I found it difficult to determine what size (s,m,l) pillow to purchase. I made the recommended measurements and found that a LARGE size is what Tempur recommend BUT I decided to order the MEDIUM size instead. I sleep on both my sides and my back and felt that the medium would better suit my needs. I was correct, the medium is what worked for me (By the way im 5'10" and 200lbs (As a refer)).

A rolled up towel would give superior support than this nothing of a pillow. And the no-return policy for pillows is really outrageous

Overpriced in my opinion. And poor customer service: no returns available for a $100+ pillow. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
