What happened to the Queen?

Decided to replace my TEMPUR-Neck pillows after several years. Ordered the Largest size offered mistakenly thinking I'd get the same 2 pillows I've enjoyed for years. Imagine my disappointment when I received two large Standard size pillows instead of two Queen sized. Between the two different pillows sizing there is an 8" length shortage. Customer Service says Queen size hasn't been offered for a while. Have you stopped offering Queen and King size mattresses? I've slept on neck pillows for many years and can't sleep on regular pillows. I've paid the "quality" pricing of TEMPUR-Neck pillows for years. What a bummer!!!

Despite receiving PT, OT, pain management medication and having purchased an adjustable bed with a special mattress, I still had chronic neck pain. With this pillow, I'm now sleeping better, experiencing far less pain, and have a healthier appetite!

I am a side sleeper so I thought I would order a side sleeper pillow this time anticipating that I would like it even more than the previous pillow which was not a side sleeper. I have found however that it is much too firm and that I am continuing to use the cloud pillow instead. I wish I could return this expensive pillow and just order another cloud pillow.

Caused more headaches and neck pains

I bought this pillow based on all the amazing reviews but it's cause more headaches and neck pain than before. I tried to keep using it because I paid so much, but I wake up with throbbing pain every day I use it and another pillow removes the pain.
