[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these pillows to relieve my neck pain and migraines. Instead they caused more migraines and pain. When I called to see if I could return them or get a credit I was told to give them away.

Good pillow if it was the right size

Pillow has good support but it would be nice if I was able to exchange it for the right size needed for me. The online system isn't helpful at all I get there's policy's but how can you know what size is right for you online I used their technique to measure to figure out what size but I was between 2 sizes and they said if you are then go a size down that's what I did and guess what it's not right now I'm stuck with two brand new pillows that wont work for me as I have neck and back pain I was hoping a company like Tempur-Pedic would have good customer service and do the right the thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a very old tempurpedic over (20 yrs), so it was time for a new one. I specifically needed this pillow. It is extremely firm and needs a lot of breaking in. I put it on the floor and massage it with my feet routinely to soften it. The pillow is about 2 months old, I am still working on it, but I do enjoy the perfect contour of this pillow even though it's firm. It is a tried and true product!
