Worst size guide

After 2 months I can now say that this pillow it's not comfortable at all, even now I can't sleep on it because it is to high for my neck and it feels very uncomfortable. Also the pillow is very hard and I don't feel like it has a memory foam inside. Now I regret that I bought it online and I followed their size guide and bought a Medium size! I would rather prefer a smaller size or another model like Tempur cloud, but unfortunately they don't receive pillow back! I think I will not use the pillow anymore as it's worse for my body than better how it should be!

Not sure what happened to it after she passed away but knew I wanted the same one. It is amazing & I'm not waking up with neck or shoulder issues anymore!

The 24" Neck-Pillow is no longer offered. Should you purchase the "Large" thinking you are ordering a "Queen-size" pillow, you will be disappointed. Plus Customer Service says "Tough Luck". They also have no idea when the larger TEMPUR-Countour Breeze Side-to-Side was discontinued. All other pillow options only come in "Queen" or "King" versions. So, I'm stuck with two pillows that don't cover half my queen-size mattress. Beware!!
