They changed the density and ruined my slerp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this same pillow for many many years, but now it is only very hard density foam and so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep. Why not offer the two densities? Very disappointed and cannot return it so extremely upset.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My neck was not supported, I woke up with a headache and stiff neck. I understand these work for many people, but it didn't work for me. My frustration is with myself for not checking if I can have a trial period with the pillow, there is not. If it doesn't work for you, then you are out the money for the risk. I found a great side sleeper pillow from Natureoedic I love, it's also adjustable. They did have a trial offer, but I didn't need to return. And no offgasssibg! Tempurpedic smells toxic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been trying to find something for better neck support. I didn't realize this product could not be returned when I bought it. I slept on it once with a sheet covering it and found it to be really uncomfortable. I put it back in the box where it is just sitting in my house. I get that others may really like this pillow. I wasn't bothered that it wasn't the right pillow for me. What bothers me is that I can't return it. For that reason alone I'll never buy Tempur-pedic products again.

When I tried to wash the pillow case, I was surprised to find that the inside pillow foam appeared to be defective. There are yellow/orange-ish color stains on the foam. Additionally, the foam has multiple small holes and signs of damage in various places. I contacted customer service, but what they said to me is that the defects in the images I've provided are simply results of the manufacturing process. What an explanation!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow was expensive and ordered to replace an older tempur neck pillow. Following the sizing guidelines I ordered a large size. The pillow was received in good shape, but proved to be extremely uncomfortable. It was too large and was very stiff - more so than my old pillow. I called to request an exchange, but was refused. I cannot use this pillow and am not happy with the poor customer service. I do not recommend this product or company.
