[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Tempur-Pedic! However the quality of this pillow is incredibly disappointing. It is literally as hard as a rock and doesn't get softer with use. I immediately get headaches every time I use it and I hardly get headaches at all. My husband and I joke about not throwing the "brick" around too carelessly or we could hurt someone. The shape would have been excellent and everything I needed if it weren't for how hard the pillow is. I wish they would have at least let me exchange the pillow (I knew immediately I didn't want it upon opening the box, with the pillow still within its plastic protective sheet. If super hard pillows are your jam, however, this pillow is for you!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had a very old pillow that was more worn than I thought. Using the measurements on the website I was able to find the correct height of my new pillow and have had great sleep ever since.

I was having upper back pain for MONTHS after multiple bad pillows be it too flat or too puffy. My neck and back were always sore and painful. I'm convinced I've been on bad pillows all my life, only now that I'm in my 30's, this bag of bones just couldn't take it anymore. I'd remembered that I had used someone's tempurpedic neck pillow years ago and had liked it. I finally told my husband I'd had enough of the back pain and was going to buy one. It is the BEST PILLOW EVER. My back pain is gone after using it for several months. I was shocked.. part of me didn't think it would work. The shape is perfect for my head and neck, I never used to sleep on my back and now I can, side sleeping is also great as well. I don't think it's meant for stomach sleeping but I occasionally do that with no issues, however side and back are probably best. I followed their sizing chart and found that my pillow is perfect for me.

I recently tried this pillow since my chiropractor recommended a memory foam pillow. My entire spine ached and my neck hasn't stopped hurting all day. I would not recommend this pillow. Perhaps a different shaped memory foam pillow would be better.

I had been using the same tempur-neck pillow for over 20 years, and loved how soft and squishy it was, but when my neck started hurting recently, I thought it might be time for a new one. Out of the box, the new pillow was pretty hard (firm), and the design / fabric was different too. The first night sleep didn't go well. I'm a side sleeper and it was hard on my face / cheek! Although my head was properly supported, I kept waking up in the middle of the night thinking, "is this pillow really this hard"?! The next day I came to this website to read other reviews and it seemed that people either loved or hated it. I was worried it wouldn't get any better... But I told myself I'd give it at least a week, since I couldn't return it. After 2 nights, my neck stopped hurting (!!) but, I still thought the pillow was a little hard. I couldn't deny that the neck / head support was awesome. After 4 nights, I was sleeping through the night, without noticing the hardness, and without neck pain in the morning. I've now had the pillow for a month and I absolutely LOVE it. It's also not "hard" like it was in the beginning. It's very nice, and allows me to fully relax as my head is properly supported. My husband tried my pillow out, too, and we ended up replacing his old Tempur-Neck pillow too! Bottom line: This is a GREAT pillow. STICK WITH IT and you won't be sorry. I am so glad I upgraded to the new Temper-neck pillow!

We both love our neck pillow it does stop our neck pain and allows us to sleep better. We also have to twin long Tempur-Pedic mattress with adjustable bed frames and we love our beds and pillows.
