I was so excited to receive this neck pillow! Very disappointed in it! Once I tried to sleep on it! Way too hard, I will try one more time to give it a try!

I was excited to get my new pillow. I used it once. I got the large one. That was a huge mistake. Is way to high. It is too hard. It is too stiff. It is not comfortable in the least! I tried sleeping on it for one night. In the morning my neck hurt so bad. It was so stiff, I had to wrap my heating pad on my neck for hours to get out of pain and be able to move my neck. I'm afraid to use it again. I wish I could return it. It was a waste of money. I followed the directions to see the size I needed but to no avail.

My only Pillow

I've had my pillow since these first came out (over 25 years), and I'm just replacing it because with out pillow case, it looks like road kill! It's lasted that long! I have a hyper-mobile disk in my neck, and this pillow has saved me! I've tried others over the years to compare and none were as good for me, So that's why I'm buying another one. It works for my and I'm sticking with it.

The TEMPUR-Neck Pillow is the perfect pillow for my needs. This is the only pillow that resolves my neck issues while sleeping. I've tried most pillows on the market and the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow is the only pillow that works for me.

I purchased this pillow because I was replacing an older Temper pillow but this pillow is way too firm. It is VERY uncomfortable. I would never have purchased it if I had known there was no return policy.
