Don't waste your money

This item sounded so promising and it was a true disappointment. It's uncomfortable, I did to make it an hour with this pillow. Please don't waste your time or your money especially when you can't get a refund.

Have used this type of pillow for 10 years since having bulging discs in my neck. Provides wonderful comfort and relief. Ordered medium size and it is smaller than expected. Will use it when traveling.

After several injuries to my neck and back after a long career in the military, I have had a hard time finding a comfortable pillow that doesn't aggravate my old injuries. I wake up after a restful sleep with no pain in my neck or back primarily due to this pillow along with the amazing comfort of my tempur-pedic bed. These products are amazing!!

The product is poor in quality compared to a year ago purchase. The pillow is much smaller and the firmness is no longer as good as before.

Less headaches

I had been waking up with daily headaches and finally tried this pillow. I'm shocked at how much of a difference it has made... I no longer have headaches and neck/head discomfort in the morning. The pillow took a week or so to get used to and now I love it.

I have used a Temper-Pedic neck pillow for over 18 years - loved it and good support on my neck. I purchased a new one with a new mattress. Disappointed at its size - it is really small. Still same support but very small. If you can no longer get the larger pillow equivalent to a regular pillow size, then this is a good substitute unless you can find one that is larger somewhere else.
