Unable to send it back although I bought 4 pillows and the other pillows were still in the original packing. 90 night sleep doesn't apply to pillows. Very misleading advertising

The material is just superb in quality. The memory foam is firm and smooth. It does not have any toxic smell. Small profile is just right for my frame (5ft 9in., 160 lb., athletic build). I am a both back sleeper and a side sleeper. The complementary inner pillow case is nice and soft.

This pillow is nothing like the original neck pillow I bought 20 years ago. The foam is as hard as a rock. Not "memory foam", it doesn't move! I wish I could return it. Very expensive and worthless. NEVER AGAIN!

This is definitely not the same neck pillow as the original Tempurpedic neck pillow. I needed to replace my original neck pillow and assumed this would be made the same. This pillow is extremely hard and doesn't soften with use or time.

Stick to the product that works for you and hands down this one is. The newest version is more firm compared to the one I have that was purchased after 9/11. I came down with a massive headache and this pillow gave me rest.

This pillow supports my neck but it is so firm that I can't sleep well on it. It's almost like even when I'm asleep I'm paying attention to how hard the pillow is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It felt normal fist few nights of sleeping on it. But then it started feeling pressure in the head during the night i have to switch pillow. Maybe its too firm for me but it works fine for hubby.
