I have bought this pillow in the past and 2 mattresses as well.This pillow was extremely hard and uncomfortable.It cost me a lot of money and returns weren't allowed.So I was stuck with this and I use it for a foot rest! Not Happy

I really like this pillow for neck issues. It is different than my original Tempur neck pillow not as heavy. It still helps my neck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using a hand me down neck pillow for several years and decided to purchase new ones for my husband and I. I was extremely disappointed when we received the new pillows. They are labeled as "firm" but are in fact rock solid. They are much shorter than the one I was using and the curve to support the next is much too large. Temperpedic does not allow pillows to be returned, so we are stuck with these literal bricks that we will never use. Not to mention, how expensive they are. Severely disappointed in this purchase and experience. Wish we could return them for something softer. It's such a waste of money and a shame.

I've used Tempurpedic pillows in the past and really liked them, but this one is terrible. It feels like you are laying on a brick wall. I get that it is a firm pillow but there is absolutely no give in it at all. It was a waste of money and I would not buy from this brand again.

I have gotten these pillows several times in the past and loved them. Something about this new one is not the same. I have tried so many times and I can't use this round, the material of the recipe has changed and they are not the same.

I absolutely love the pillow, its beautiful, how it supports the body my one and only wish is it was coming in less firm - when you sleep on your side it hurts the face and ear :(

I was a little hesitant at first because of the pillow's firmness, but all it took was one night using it, and I was sold. I really must have been needing more neck support, and I noticed an immediate improvement in how well I felt in the morning. I'm pretty certain that I'll never use a different pillow again.
