Pain in the Neck

Putting your head down on a pillow is one of the last things you look forward to at the end of the day. The Tempur-neck pillow supports my neck perfectly. I orientate the pillow with the larger curve under my neck, that keeps the spine in alignment. I only use the one Tempur-Neck pillow. I sleep both on my side and back. I wake up with no "pain in the neck"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is labeled as firm but should be called "hard." Tried it once and could not sleep on it. I like tempurpedics others products so I wish they had a return or trade in policy on the pillows.

I m not happy with that pillow, it is sometimes firm, sometimes softer, sometime very hard and don't feel comfortable when I sleep. I bought two of them but not using now.
