[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm ready to quit my job and be a spokes person for you . First, I wish I knew about this pillow sooner. I suffer from extreme next pain and felt numbness in my quads for the past five years. I also suffer from early morning anxiety which I never knew was being caused by my neck and not sleeping good. The first week of using this pillow I noticed an 80% reduction in my leg numbness, my morning anxiety was greatly reduced, I didn't wake up with a stiff neck and slept better overall. If suffer from any of the above, try this pillow!!!

Definitely not the same neck pillow as the original temperpedic neck pillow. The quality and comfort are not the same. It is very hard and does not bring your neck into alignment like the original temperpedic neck pillow did. Unfortunately they don't accept returns and I can see why

Not as good as older material

I purchased this product after owning the original pillows for years and needing a replacement. I liked the original material on the outside better than this new one. Delivers perfect under the neck, beveled shape. For my taste, it's too firm and much firmer than the first line. I ordered a Medium and I think that the Medium size is what I would have expected if I ordered a small. Material does soften up after a few weeks!

I purchased the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow. It actually said "Large" when I ordered it, but, when I opened it, it was the size you would use in a child's bed. It looks absolutely ridiculous in my king-size bed. I found out there are actually no other sizes of this pillow and no options for refunds or exchanges for pillows. I paid so much for it, I have no choice but to use it. I do like the way it feels on my neck though, which is why it gets 2 stars.

Since I have started sleeping on the neck pillow I have experienced less neck associated pain. I have degenerated discs in my neck which this pillow seems to have given me relief from.

Nothing like the original neck pillow

I have a small neck pillow I purchased from Tempurpedic about 15 years ago that I absolutely love but it is getting old so I decided to purchase another. I purchased a small neck pillow and it is nothing like the original. It does not conform much to your head/neck shape like my older one and is very firm. Very uncomfortable even after trying to use it for 3 weeks, I gave up. I asked my chiropractor if he sold different pillows than what was available to the public and he only has access to the same pillows and also noticed the difference and even thought Tempurpedic had sent him the wrong pillows because of the firmness. Lesson learned, when you find something you really like, purchase two! What I do love about it? Nothing.

I had my original tempur pillow (sorry if gross) for 10 years, reason being it was comfortable, I find it difficult to get the right pillow and I suffer with insomnia. I mainly sleep on my side, but through the night while awake I am on sides and back. Any pain free sleep is important. My old pillow only just started to be soft and not work for me anymore. I purchased a new one the same with the feeling that I knew what I was getting. Unfortunately, I didn't realise I was still sleeping on the old pillow for a little while (new one on bed in the other room). So when I realised and started sleeping on new one it was out of the return date. I did contact tempur and had reply but my own fault for not sorting sooner. I am really sorry to say my new one is total rubbish, I do not know why. I feel like my head is sinking and straining my neck. I am sat here now with neck pain and need to visit osteo or someone to give it treatment. I have tried in different ways, also tired an extra pillow on top, underneath (none of what I needed to do before). It's like softer than my 10 year one! Not happy at all with it ☹️ now looking for a new pillow. Or may return to old one while I find a great pillow. This is genuine review of my own experience and we all different. I still have my tempur mattress, which only just needs replacing and my husband has his normal tempur pillow which he still loves. Sorry tempur, I don't know what you have changed if anything but it's not right for me anymore.
