Not more comfortable that other much less expensive pillows like that. (I own). It's not comfortable. To small in size (I got medium). Not at all what I expected. I'm really disappointed with this. I don't recommend it.

Uncomfortable at first, but getting used to it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised at how hard the pillow was when it arrived. After my first night my neck hurt much worse then before. I stopped using it and then read that new ergo pillows need to be "softened" first and customer support suggested sitting on it. It was a little weird, but I did it and it worked! Now the pillow is semi-hard (hoping it will soften more), but my neck pain is better. More importantly, my shoulder pain is much better (that was the reason I looked for a different pillow as my soft one was fine on my neck, but my shoulder hurt terribly after about an hour on my side).
I would recommend this to a friend!

This pillow saved my neck. Great support. I got Medium but I think I should have gotten small. It's a little too much of a lump under my neck.

This was an expensive miss. I purchased in hopes of improvement in my headaches and neck pain but it did not make a difference. They're also really very firm so if you're looking for a comfortable sleep it just wasn't it for me. Pay attention too because there are no returns or exchanges for these like there are for mattresses so go try them out before buying.

Sleep was way under-appreciated five years ago, in my book. Tempur-Pedic beds-and for this purposes of this review, the pillows have afforded me better respiration, better support, deeper sleep, and more productivity in my professional and personal endeavors. I never knew what I was missing!

Your Neck Will Thank You

I previously had a Tempur-neck years ago that I received from my doctor after a car accident. When it came time to replace it I chose something other than Tempur-Pedic. Several pillows and a neck surgery later I purchased a new Tempur-neck pillow and my neck said "thank you" the first night. I had forgotten how great Tempur-Pedic was. It's not too soft, not too firm. It gives your neck just what's needed to be able to relax and sleep comfortably. No more tossing and turning trying to get the pillow "just right". If you have any kind of neck pains or problems, this is your pillow. It's important to note that in my first experience, if you've never used this type of pillow, it does take some time to get used to it, so give it a chance. You'll be glad you did.
