I had been through enough pillows to cover a mattress before finding this perfect one. Its tough to find something thinner yet supportive, with height options to provide relief for neck and shoulder discomfort. I love my pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The large neck pillow provides a lot of support for my neck. It's comfortable, and even more so after a few weeks of sleeping on it. I had very bad neck pain when my previous generic pillow was wearing out. The pain I had before soon vanished once I started using this product. I think the neck pillow is great. I just wish it was a little wider because I am a side sleeper and I roll over multiple times a night and I have to be careful about not accidentally rolling off the pillow sometimes. :)

So I ordered the Tempur-Neck pillow online, and it was love at first sleep. Primarily a side sleeper, I often put my hands under lesser pillows for height and support. However now, with the Tempur-Neck, I've got full support, even rolling over and adjusting positions. Look who's sleeping all through the night like a big girl! Life's too short for a bad night's sleep on an inferior pillow. Try the Tempur-Neck, Sleeping Beauty.

Bought the pillow about 5 weeks ago: Size, Large: FIRM. It is WONDERFUL! FIRM Provides the perfect support , with no sagging: the 'large' size fits my neck perfectly when side sleeping (my preference). It is the best pillow I have ever used. Highly recommend if you like a firm pillow when sleeping. 5-stars!

I was really hoping this would be a good replacement for my very old tempur neck pillow. Unfortunately it is too firm. When I looked into returning them I was informed they were not returnable. A very disappointing and expensive experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this exact same pillow for 10 years and I loved it. I replaced it with a new one and everything is still the same except this new pillow is way firmer than my old one and it's hard to sleep on. I prefer the first one. It seems like they are using a firmer foam than they use too. I called to complain but they said they didn't know if they changed the firmness of it he pillow and that I could not return it. It I had know it was this firm I would of order a small instead of the medium pillow.
