Different Dimension from Previous Version

The height of the pillow is different from the previous version. I've purchased the same Standard size pillow, but the new version is about an inch thicker than the previous version. I should have purchased Low for the same height as previous Standard

Very Firm Neck Support

This pillow has helped with neck pain more than any other pillow I have tried. It has so much less give than the cheaper memory foam pillows out there and in this case, that is a good thing. My neck gets the support it needs throughout the night. As a bonus, my head doesn't get too hot either, which is nice since you can't flip the pillow over in the middle of the night. I have had to adjust to resting my head near the edge of the pillow instead of the middle because I used to sleep with my left arm under my pillow, but that is very uncomfortable for my neck due to the extra firmness of the pillow. So, I sleep closer to the edge of the pillow and my arm lays to the side of it instead of under it. So, if you tend to sleep with an arm under your pillow, this might not be the ideal pillow for you unless you can adjust. Luckily, I was able to adjust after a week or so.

Couldn't sleep before

Couldn't sleep through the night waking up multiple times a night, now i sleep straight through like a rock. Didn't change diet or sleeping patterns to make this happen. It just makes your neck lay optimally with absolute support and i am assuming this means less tossing and turning required which lets you sleep longer and hit REM faster.

Soft yet firm to support your head for a great nights sleep. It also allow for cooling around your head. Definitely would buy again.

I normally buy 1 pillow a year, and over the past 2-3 years, the quality has really gone down. I will not be buying one this year.

Loss of resilience after less than two months

I started using my Tempur-pedic neck pillow less than two months ago, and it already offers significantly less support than it did two months ago. As a result, I have to use a folded towel to prop up the neck part in order to get adequate neck support now. Considering how expensive the pillow was, I feel ripped-off. No, I would not recommend this pillow.

Works great for a short time

This pillow worked great for about 2 months. I woke up with no pain in my neck and shoulders. After about 2 months it didn't provide the right amount of support to my neck and I woke up in pain everyday. It's an expensive pillow to be buying every 2 months so I will keep looking for the right pillow.
