[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been buying these pillows ever since I was rearended in a car accident in 2002 (or close thereto. I don't remember the exact year). They are the best neck pillows, and helps my neck a lot. They will last close to five years. Your neck will let you know when you need a new one. I date when I purchased the pillow on the tag itself. There is nothing that I don't like about it. Thank you for making the best neck pillow.

Didn't help my neck pain

I wanted and tried to like this pillow but it seemed like the bump that goes under your neck was way too large. I kept trying day after day to see if it would help my neck pain and it just made it worse. Unfortunately, I could not return it but if I could have I would have. Just not comfortable at all for me.

I don't wake up in the middle of the neck with soreness or discomfort. The curves in the pillow fit your body chemistry allowing for a better nights sleep. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It might take a night or two to get used to this pillow because it is much firmer than any other style of pillow but once you do you'll probably love it...I do and so does my husband. Our latest purchase is to replace our two old Tempur-neck pillows but those are being relegated to our camper van so we'll still get mileage out of them. I prefer my pillow to feel cool so I like to use a satin pillowcase which works well for me rather than a cotton pillow case which I find to be too warm with this kind of pillow.
