[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a medium contour pillow for over 5 years. I sized up to a large to close the distance between my neck and the bed. I have found the foam to have no odor this time compared to the old pillow and just as dense after 6 weeks of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been generally happy with this pillow. It's hard enough that it gives good support to my neck, but it took me a few different tries to find which side works for me. The thicker side (I think this is how you're supposed to use it) was too high for me, and it ended up tensing my shoulder overnight as I slept. The thinner side works much better for me, and I have been happy with it. It does take some time to get used to, but once you find your sweet spot, it's a great pillow for those suffering from chronic neck pain.

I have tried a dozen other memory foam contour pillows. Most work for a little while, then go flat and lose their support. But OMG, this is the hardest memory foam pillow I have used and I have the worst nights sleep since trying to use this one. I'm a side sleeper and this hurts my ears, I wake up with headaches and numbness in my arms/shoulders. I also ordered a large which compared to the other brands makes this look like an extra small. Not a big fan for what it costs and now am stuck with a decorative pillow. Maybe the dogs will like it.

So those times when I fly I have to roll up a bath towel to support my neck. I always have to use a heating pad. Found this pillow several years ago and it has been a lifesaver. Just bought another.
