[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a large size pillow because I sleep on my side frequently and it does relieve the shoulder pain i was having with previous contour pillows being too soft. I gave this pillow 4 stars because it's not great for sleeping on my back. its too firm for sleeping on my back and holds my head up too high. that could be because I was an in between measurement of M and L.

Recently, because I was chastised by my friend for having it so long and hadn't upgraded to a newer one. I knew it was hypoallergenic and wasn't worried at all. I am using the larger end for my neck support.Slowly breaking it in to become a little more form fitting for my neck My husband found it too firm.
