[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed! I used their recommended size by measuring neck to shoulder and went with small. I can tell you that I would at least need a large. Cannot return pillows, which they were clear about, but it was quite a lot to spend on pillows I can't use and was mislead on per their instructions. It would work for a toddler. I have had constant neck pain since using the pillow, I have since stopped and am back to my old unsupportive pillow (which is somehow better) while I searching for another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tough like a brick even to to the touch never mind head - steer clear of online deal and perhaps go to the store for the real deal. No refunds either. Boo.
