I was very excited about the new pillow, only to find out that it is as hard as a rock. If your looking for a very stiff pillow then this is for you. I tried it out for one night and woke up the next morning very tired, with poor rest along with a stiff neck.

When evaluating cervical pillows for the first time, I was told that it would likely take time to adjust to sleeping on that pillow. But the first time I slept on the first pillow I bought, I slept better than I had in years and woke up the next morning without neck pain for the first time in years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow has a nice curve and seems to be of good quality, however, after using the size chart to determine which pillow size I needed, it ended up being too big and I cannot use it. I went to a store to see if I could exchange it and was told no. Now I am stuck with a pillow that I cannot use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately after spending over $100 on this pillow and not being able to return it I am not satisfied with it at all. It was way to hard, too short and nothing like my other perfect tempur prefix neck pillow that I had for over 15 years. I was trying to replace that pillow but the new ones are awful not even the same type of material definitely not with the money. I have been trying to pawn the pillow off onto others but no one that has stayed at my house finds it comfortable

I ordered this thinking it was memory foam but it's extremely stiff and uncomfortable. It doesn't help that this company doesn't allow returns for pillows. What an expensive mistake! I do not recommend unless you want to sleep on a rock hard pillow with no soft cushioning. Woke up with stiff neck pain. Do not buy!!!
