[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased many Tempurpedic neck pillows for many years and they were the best, the only pillow I could use. However, this pillow has changed and now it is way too hard, like a rock, even in a warm room, I bought two of them and now neither of them are usable because they are so hard, and they are not returnable. Total waste of money! Very different from all the other ones I have purchased and loved.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a disk issue in my upper neck that causes pitched nerves down into my shoulder. After sleeping on this pillow I've experienced a ton of relief from the nerve pain. It did what I was hoping it would do. Best pillow for neck support by far. Worth the money. My only complaint would be that it is a little tall when I sleep on my back but it's perfect when I'm on my side which I am majority of the time.

She said just my Tempur-pedic neck support pillow. That praise enough for me so I bought one that I love. My sleep improved from Night One!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur Neck Pillow provides solid support, especially around the neck. I have the medium one. Because of this pillow, I no longer wake up with neck or back pain! However, it is a little hard on the head. So sometimes, I wake up with headaches because of how hard it is. It sometimes hurts so much that I often have to switch between pillows in the middle of my sleep. But perhaps, this is because I have only had the pillow for a short while (~2 months)? Hoping it gets softer in time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a physician and I have neck pain. I was a front sleeper. I had to stop that when the neck pain started. Nothing else worked. I used the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow and my neck pain is 90% better. I have not lived with chronic pain before - though I have watched many patients suffer. This pillow allows me to side sleep or sleep on my back. I have not had to use any pain killers, get PT, do neurosurgery. Just the right pillow. Maybe this is not for ever, but for the moment I am happy

Too hard and too small

The pillows are really hard and tiny. I was extremely surprised when I received the pillows. Customer service don't do anything about returns or refunds so I just have to eat the cost and buy new pillows. This is ridiculous!
