Good quality but harder feeling than my previous pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow to replace my 10-year old TEMPUR-Neck pillow, which I really loved. This pillow feels harder than my previous pillow and therefore not as gentle to my ears. However, it's still as good for my neck as the previous one.

My only gripe is that the pillow I still smaller than I like. I used a king-size pillow prior as I like having more real-estate for my large noggin. If they make a longer pillow of this caliber, it will be perfect. I still use this over anything else at the moment as nothing compares. Would purchase again!

Since they don't do returns I would not buy this pillow unless you like EXTREMELY firm pillows. I will not try any other pillow because of their no return policy.
