[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I'm really happy with the pillow. I'm a side sleeper and frequently woke up with neck pain and this definitely helps a lot. But the pillow is quite hard (needs to be to keep its shape I guess) so wasn't super comfortable BUT I put a very thin regular pillow on top of it and that fixed the issue. I recommend this approach, with a pillow topper, so to speak, it's 5 stats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Tempur-Neck Pillow for years to reduce the pain of arthritis in my cervical spine while sleeping. I have used both the medium and the small and, now, prefer the small as I sleep on both my back and my side. The only thing I would change about the small pillow is the density of the area behind the neck support. The smaller neck roll permits more pressure on the back of the head which can be uncomfortable. The medium neck roll positioned my head more lightly on the area behind the neck support, but was more uncomfortable for my neck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took me a few weeks to get used to my pillow. It's very firm. I like it a lot now that I'm used to it. It has helped my neck pain, but I still have issues with my neck and shoulder. Seeing a chiropractor now. Hopefully that helps.

I am a massage therapist of 25 years. I discovered Tempur - Neck Pillow while in school having used improper body mechanics back then. I'm great now and have been all these years. I tell all my clients about the support this pillow offers. I do much massage with neck problem clients. (I change it out every five years or so because it does soften after that time from constant use.. small price to pay). It has saved me many problems through the years.. thank you!
