[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After thoroughly measuring my neck to shoulder distance just as you suggest on your site, and having someone else doing it for me as well, how could this hump still be too large? The neck pillow which I have in medium causes my reflux to worsen and my neck to hurt. I really wanted it to work.

Unfortunately this one is too firm and not loosening and conforming to my neck and head. I've had it 2-3 months and it's still too firm. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The promise of this pillow was too tempting to pass up. However, I sure wish I had passed it up. The pillow is hard. This is beyond providing stability, it is simply hard. There are no options so, there's nothing to change or trade in for. I conducted the neck to shoulder space measurements. I attempted to use both sides, use it sideways, etc. I just can't get it to work.

When they arrived, they were much harder than his current one, to the point that he couldn't use one. Unless you really like your pillows hard, do not order online, see if you can try one at a store.
