Not memory foam. Super hard

A long time ago I bought a memory foam pillow from them. It perfectly formed to the shape of my neck. This one is NOT memory foam, does not form to you're shape and is unpleasant to sleep on because its rock hard. Do not recommend.

This WAS my favorite pillow. The quality is not the same as in the years past. It's hard as a rock and non conforming. Though it would also be important to note that its smell was strong and it made my eyes burn. So disappointing. There's no returns on pillows so I didn't even attempt getting a refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately this pillow did not work for me or my husband. It is extremely well made but hard. Granted, I probably should have ordered a small (which is why I had my husband try it) but I wanted to sleep on my back and thought I understood the directions on the size I needed. When sleeping on my side it is so hard it hurts. On a positive note, it makes a great back pillow when sitting at the computer.
