[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have severe neck pain and I bought this pillow in hopes it would help. However using the guide online it told me to get the incorrect size pillow. This incorrect size pillow causes more discomfort than relief. Been using it for months in hope I will "break" it in but nothing is changing. Very expensive and a waste of money. Don't buy. If you do buy don't buy online buy in store since they don't offer returns.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is high-quality foam, very dense and firm. It may be too firm for a lot of people even with the shape of the pillow to cradle the neck. I went back to a softer pillow and use this as a meditation pillow or underneath softer pillows if I'm sitting up in bed. It's one shape fits all, so if your neck isn't a perfect fit in the cradle design it's probably not going to work out for you. The pillow is too firm to adjust/fold how you would a normal pillow. Very cool material, very comfortable if you have a warm bedroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Be sure to CHOOSE a pillow size when ordering your pillow. The website automatically chooses the SMALL size, which is VERY small for any adult. There is a helpful size chart, so use it, and choose the correct size. You have to scroll down to see the chart (there should be a link to it next to the size choice box). Small refers to the height of the pillow, not the length. They will not allow returns of even unopened boxes, so get it right. We have used Tempur-pedic for years, before they had choice of types. This Temper-NECK pillow seems harder than others we've had (I too wish it was slightly softer) but it does the job- it gives me correct alignment and therefore no neck or upper back pain. Regarding customer service: I had an issue which was resolved after I contacted them the second time. They were very apologetic and they generously made good on the issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to getting the tempurpedic pillow, I was considering replacing my 4 year old mattress. Despite being firm, I was still waking up with back pain and I was restless throughout the night. Within one week of using the pillow, the back pain disappeared. I have slept through the night every night since and now I even take it with me on vacation!

I have used contour pillows for years. Unfortunately my go to pillow is no longer manufactured. I loved the mattress and decided to try Tempurpedics. After trying to sleep on it for two weeks I've decided to give up the ghost. It is an extremely firm pillow with absolutely no give. My husband has literally been standing on it for a week to try to soften it. Unfortunately I purchased it on line and basically am out $100.00. I highly recommended trying it out in store prior to purchase.

The product itself was to hard and made my neck hurt I got the large I measured and checked what it recommended so I purchased that one I think the medium would have been better be carefull before you purchase can't return them and there expensive very disappointed

I've been having unbearable neck pain. Tried all sorts of pillows and finally tried tempurpedic. I was sure buying the best would do the trick. I waited, and waited, and waited and when it finally came.... It was horrible. Some reviews said you should keep trying until your neck gets used to it, but it did not work for me. My husband has a cervical pillow he loves (cheapie from Amazon) so I know some cervical pillows are awesome, just not this one.

Not like my original neck pillow

Despite the picture and description of the neck pillow, the one you now carry is under-sized -- it swims inside a pillow case. I don't get why it's not a standard pillow size, like the one I bought years ago. And even though I ordered a small, the roll is too high for my neck and way, way to stiff. I wish you still carried the original neck pillow in size and "give" to cradle the neck.
