Much too firm - the original neck pillows were much better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a long time fan of the tempur-pedic neck pillow. This would have been my third one - I'd purchased it for a second home I was furnishing. . However, the newer version is much firmer than the older versions I have and was unusable. I was very disappointed and am not able to use the pillow, nor return it.

I needed a hard pillow but this pillow did not fit the shape of my neck, and only made things worse. Plus one cannot receive a refund, which is not advertised clearly on the website. I was extremely disappointed, and absolute do NOT recommend this product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised to see it first, I expected normal pillow dimensions but it is lot smaller than regular pillows. It is very firm as well. I can only use this pillow for side sleeping and in that too its not that comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow has helped with neck pain I was having recently, and I'm sleeping a lot better. the only reason it hasn't fixed it completely is I'm pretty sure I sleep face down on it sometimes, which is not really how it works :D

"Firm" does not accurately describe this product. It has NO give at all and does not even vaguely feel like a pillow. It is unusable but they do not accept returns for pillows, no matter how miserable it is. It is heavy enough to use as a doorstop though, so it's got that going for it. Which is nice.
