[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Helped with some of my neck issues. It works well for me to sleep on my back or side. I believe part of the reason it helped my neck is that it is super awkward to try to sleep on your stomach with this pillow, so it sort of forces you into more ergonomic positions and sleep habits. The pillow is really firm, until the foam warms up it is so firm it might bother your ears to sleep on your side. My only other slight complaint is the pillow is rather narrow width wise. If you are a person that "roams" all over your pillow and bed at night this is not a pillow for you.

Once I got this I found I no longer needed to use the extra support. It feels good because my shoulders feel like they're well supported with the size and firmness of the pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't really review products, but this is worth it. I didn't know what to expect in ordering a pillow like this, but knew I needed a new one to help support my tight neck issues after resisting for a long time. I chose this pillow vs. some of the other models since it seemed the most versatile. I took the measurements to size my pillow (which is different than my Fiance's and a very important step!) and bought the appropriate sizes for us. After the first night of using this pillow, I woke up the most rested I have been in months. At first touch, the pillow seems harder than you'd expect, but the way it molds to your head and allows your body to be supported creates the ultimate state of comfort. My masseuse even told me that my regular knots have also dissipated which says a lot :) I'm a back, side, and stomach sleeper and this is a complete game changer for us.

I have been a long time tempur-pedic customer and owned the original mattress and pillows and LOVED their pillows. The new ones are not the cloud that we used to sleep on. They are so hard that it feels like putting your neck on a rock rather than the original embrace. Those pillows are horrible and are unusable for us and of course not returnable despite never having used them.... VERY DISAPOINTING!

Very comfortable for me for side sleeping. I'm an average size woman and went with the medium size pillow which is a good fit for me.
