[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Tempurpedic pillows for years and ordered two new ones on Black Friday. They are very hard compared to what they used to be like. I don't really like my new pillows to be honest. And, the large is too tall, even for my 6'2" hubby. I asked if I could return it (still wrapped in the sealed package) and they said no. So, not very happy overall and can't say I recommend them.

I called to complain and they said to keep using it and it would soften over time. It's been a couple of months and I can't use it anymore. First unsatisfactory produce I've had from Tempurpedic and I bought 2 for 1. Will be donating both of them.
